GBB's Real Estate Division is an active provider of financing for experienced Builder/Developers with economic, well-located projects in both Northern and Southern California.
The Real Estate Division is staffed with experienced professionals who understand the development business, transactional timing and loan underwriting of all product types.
Unique to Gateway Business Bank is our use of a proprietary, Loan Underwriting Matrix, which facilitates quickly determining the desired debt/equity structure and ratios for timely issuance of our GBB Letter of Interest.
Annually, we originate $60 million in project financing for commercial, industrial, residential, mixed use and single purpose properties.
GBB's Secured 1st Trust Deed Legal Lending limit is $8 million, however with an established group of participant banks, we can handle requests up to $20 million.
